Ignorance is NOT bliss.
Nor is it amusing.
“Do you know the difference between education and experience? Education is when you read the fine print; experience is what you get when you don’t.”
The Internet really isn’t that serious..
Really, it isn’t. I use it as a place to shop, goof around, read gossip blogs, and other miscellaneous things. When the Internet becomes a haven for ignorant people, and I won’t say teenagers, because I have teenager followers that are VERY mature, then it’s time to rethink your reason for being on the net. I’ve never been a runner, meaning I don’t change my my SN’s, get new MySpace pages, jump from blogspot to tumblr and back, disable comments or anything of that nature. I am a real woman, and real people don’t do that. They stand up and take the same that they dish out. If you open your mouth and speak/type foolishness, expect it in return. And also realize, that there are always people who are more “bigger” and “better” and capable of more things than you. The Internet is VAST, but incredibly small at the same time, what you don’t think someone knows, they do know. So when people put on this facade of being tough, a millionaire, driving a Benz, being the best fighter on MySpace, people can see through it. I understand that the Internet is a place for people to embellish, and want to get away from the real world, but please realize that the real world exist. Being ignorant, and saying nonsense, can only get you so far will get you nowhere. I suggest some people take a step back and reflect, and maybe see where they went wrong. I also suggest reading books, newspapers, and magazines that DON’T have rappers, video hoes, and models on the cover. Aspire to be something. The blog isn’t paying your bills, you’re not Marcus Troy, that man gets PAID.
One last thought, remember to never have squares in your circle. You want positive, successful, goal oriented people by your side. People with no goals, aspirations, preying on the young and weak, MIGHT not be the people you want to “hang” with. Don’t let the Internet be your downfall, although for some, it’s too late.
Sincerely,
Jazmin
